Brick By Brick (Ages 6 to 11)
What is Brick By Brick?
Brick By Brick is a LEGO® Therapy program run in small groups. Brick By Brick helps children develop social skills, emotional regulation, confidence, communication, and teamwork in a fun and engaging way.
It can be beneficial for children experiencing anxiety, social challenges, or difficulties with emotional regulation. It can also be a fun, supportive social activity for Lego lovers.
Who is it for?
Brick By Brick is open to ages 6 to 11.

The Wellbeing Studio (Ages 13-25)
What is The Wellbeing Studio?
The Wellbeing Studio is a creative arts group incorporating the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The group provides a warm and welcoming no-pressure environment – no art skills needed! The group includes a focus on:
- Understanding your values and living in line with them
- Developing skills to manage emotions in healthy ways
- Completing a creative art piece designed to inspire further reflection on the session’s theme
Sessions run for 1.5 hours, with an opportunity after the structured program to continue working on a creative project or simply to spend some time in our rooms or garden connecting with others.
Afternoon tea will be provided.
Who is it for?
The Wellbeing Studio caters for two age groups – ages 13 to 15 and ages 16 to 25.

Skills Hub (Primary)
What is Skills Hub?
Skills Hub (Primary) is a small group program where we enrich communication skills, build a shared understanding of emotions and incorporate aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to better understand how our brains work. The group explores the following areas:
- Understanding Emotions
- Relaxation Skills
- Thinking Strategies
- Effective Communication
- Positive Friendships
We combine fun, interactive activities with skills work and take-home resources.
Who is it for?
Skills hub is open to ages 8-12.

Skills Hub (Secondary)
What is Skills Hub?
Skills hub (Secondary) is a group work program based on the skills of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. It is suitable for supporting anxiety, mood, impulse control, self-harm, negative thoughts and more. We combine talk, art, craft, relaxation activities, connection & collaboration in a no pressure environment. Come and talk, or just watch and absorb.
We explore skills in the following areas:
- Mindfulness
- Distress Tolerance
- Emotional Regulation
- Interpersonal Effectiveness
- Emotional Regulation
Who is it for?
Skills hub is open to ages 13-18.
